1. Can I review my artwork before it’s printed?
Of course! We’ll send you a free preview to make sure you love it before it goes to print.

2. Can I include more than one pet in a single portrait?
Yes. For most custom products, we suggest including just one pet per item to ensure the best quality. However, we're more than happy to add extra pets to your design for $15 each. Feel free to reach out to us at info@kukupet.store, and we’ll take care of the details. Plus, you'll receive a preview to approve before it goes to print!

3. What if I’m not satisfied with my artwork?
Your happiness is our priority! We offer unlimited edits to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final piece.

4. Is my pet’s photo good enough for a portrait?
Don’t worry, we’ll check your pet’s photo before creating the portrait. If
it’s not quite right, we’ll reach out via email to ask for another one.

5. Do you create portraits of pets other than dogs?
Absolutely! We welcome portraits of all pets.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada, but we hope to expand in the future.

7. What is your refund policy?
Since each portrait is personalized just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds.

8. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, we’re happy to help with changes if you contact us at info@kukupet.store within 24 hours. After that, changes may not be possible, and could delay shipping.

9. Are the portraits hand-painted or computer-generated?
Each portrait is lovingly hand-painted digitally – no AI or automated tools involved!

10. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If something goes wrong in transit, please email us at info@kukupet.store within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we’ll quickly send you a
replacement.

11. What’s the difference between Pet Original Photo and Digital Hand-Drawn Portrait?
"Pet original photo" is the photo you provide, which we edit for the portrait. Our "Digital hand-drawn portrait" is carefully crafted by the artist and includes unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Please note, adding accessories may require a small additional fee.
